Working mothers who are in employment of at least 3 continuous months are lawfully entitled to either 16 weeks of Government-Paid Maternity Leave or 12 weeks of maternity leave, depending on whether your child is a Singapore citizen and other criteria.

Eligibility and Entitlement

Criteria My child is a Singapore citizen. I am legally married to the child’s father. My child is born or has estimated delivery date (EDD) on or after 1 January 2017.
